SAIC-Frederick, Inc. develops and applies advanced technologies to accelerate the delivery of new treatments to patients with cancer and AIDS.

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Science Applications International Corporation and operates exclusively under a single, long-term contract to the National Cancer Institute, part of the U.S. National Institutes of Health.
SAIC-Frederick's staff of scientific, technical, and support professionals conducts basic and applied research in cancer and AIDS, and maintains a full suite of advanced technologies in areas such as nanotechnology, genomics, and biomedical imaging.
