    Certification DetailsBLSACLS - due to the role being related to cardiovascular telemetry and potential emergencies
      Job DetailsThe right candidate will have 2 years of experience and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact.Travelers must pass a dysrhythmia exam upon offer (with 2 max attempts).There will be a Pass/Fail exam on day 1 of orientation, with an emphasis on sterile field.Study materials will be provided with first day instructions.COVID vaccine is required (or religious or medical declination form with appropriate documentation).
        Job RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months.Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position.Experience interpreting EKGs.
          Schedule Information12 hr shifts. 7-7.Every other weekend requirement.May float to similar or lower acuity units, including to sister facility.
            Unit Specific InformationCommon diagnosis / Types of patients: Post cath lab, post vascular procedures, day 2 CABG patients, general tele.Medications: Amiodarone, Cardene, Nitroglycerin, Heparin, Dobutamine to titrate down ONLY.No pediatric patients; patients 15 years and older.Patient Ratios: 1:3-4
              Additional DetailsUnit: CV Tele D2 & C4Study materials for orientation will cover proper sterile techniques.
