We are seeking a skilled and dependable Surgical First Assistant to join our team for coverage of on-call surgical cases, primarily in OB/GYN and general surgery. Ideal candidates may be a Licensed Surgical Assistant (LSA), Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA), Physician Assistant (PA-C), or Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) with relevant surgical experience.

• Assist surgeons intraoperatively in OB/GYN and general surgery procedures, including cesarean sections and laparoscopic cases
• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper surgical setup
• Communicate effectively with surgical teams and hospital staff
• Be available for assigned on-call shifts, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Submit weekly case log and relevant paperwork for consistent record-keeping
