Serving as a technical expert this position is responsible for all aspects of Windows server systems, Citrix, and related technologies including technical design, planning, implementation, administration, and maintenance. Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership in order to provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers. Install, configure and maintain Windows servers on physical and virtual hardware. Analyze and isolate issues. Monitor servers to ensure security and availability. This position is responsible for tier 3 escalation of all system related issues.Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ten (10) years' related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft networking technologies
- Experience with VMware 5.x and newer, Windows server 2016
- Working knowledge of Windows systems monitoring and trouble shooting
- Three (3) years' experience with either Office 365 or Citrix rollout and administration
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for daily Microsoft admin functions
- Understanding of TCPIP, DHCP, DNS
- MCSA Certified or equivalent
- MCITP Certified or equivalent
- VCP Certified or equivalent
- CCNA Certified
- Experience with Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, Azure
