The AP temp will handle the full scope of AP. Opening mail (electronic and physical), Coding, Data entry, Statement reconciliations, Communication (verbal and written) with vendors and Business Owners. Coordinating resolution of any AP issues. I intend to redistribute responsibilities. Every AP person on the team will own their group of vendors and handle the full AP scope for their group. Some duties will be shared. One AP person will perform the duty for the department, such as printing electronic mail, cutting checks, etc.
Technical Skills Required
• Coding Concepts
• Data Entry
• Excel knowledge (v lookup and pivot tables preferred)
• Communication (verbal and written)
• Accounting background (either a degree or experience)
• Excel (pivot table and v lookup desired)
