Catholic Charities of Green Bay is seeking a talented office professional for a part time position in the Oshkosh office.
In this role you will facilitate the work of Catholic Charities by performing secretarial, case aide and receptionist duties.
Requirements for this position include the following:
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Word/Word Processor, Excel, Access and Internet skills
Use of office machines required
A comprehensive knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional interpersonal skills, including listening
Proficient computer and keyboarding skills; Windows and Microsoft Office skills
Good organizational skills
Competent accounting skills
Ability to multi-task required.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Ability to maintain confidentiality a must
Must be able to provide a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors
Be detail-oriented; possess the ability to multi-task and be organized
