Assertive Community Treatment - Team Leader

Job Description

Provides leadership and managerial oversight for an Assertive Community Treatment Program (ACT) that serves residents of a multi county area. Will be responsible for program development, management, contractual and regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of service access, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Will be responsible for community outreach and marketing of services, for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with funding and referral sources and other community partners.
Salary is commensurate with Education and Experience.

Job Requirements

Georgia licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Physician (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP), Registered Nurse with BSN (RN), or Clinical Psychologist (LCP) with three years full time post-licensure experience in behavioral healthcare including 2 years experience providing services for persons with severe and persistent mental illness.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the ACT model.

Must have valid drivers license and no driver may have 6 or more points against his/her license with in the past five years. No driver may have had a DUI or suspended license within the last five years.

Must be willing to take rotating 24 hour on-call duties

**All qualified applicants will be considered, but may not necessarily receive an interview.**

**Positions may be filled before the closing (ending) date if a qualified candidate is selected.**
