As an Assessor at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions regarding comprehensive mental health and substance abuse assessments. These functions include - but are not limited to - performing assessment activities ranging from triage and screening to biopsychosocial assessments, synthesizing data into concise or in depth reports, utilizing reports as foundation to recommended treatment and evaluation. Additional internal functions include participating in staff meetings, providing staff with necessary consultation, training staff to engage in assessment activities and ensure all activities comply with billing and regulatory requirements. Operational duties, such as generating additional documentation, reports and diagnostics when necessary, collaborating with outcome evaluation processes and/or any other tasks requested by supervisor. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)
- Level II Background clearance
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1.
- Master Degree in a human services related field
