This position requires relocation to Massachusetts.

Are you ready to expand your skills as a clinician by working as an Outpatient Clinician in Massachusetts?

Join our team of competent, multidisciplinary, and compassionate professionals as a Bilingual Clinician at Behavioral Health Network! Clinicians will have the opportunity to work with a variety of specialty populations or in community-based settings. Clinicians provide assessment, intervention, and therapy based on the individual's needs and provides follow-up services and resources. Clinicians measure progress and positive changes towards the set outcomes and promote psycho-education to the individuals they serve. Finally, they maintain their flexibility in providing services in locations that are outside of the clinics, such as individual homes and community settings, and sustain their set caseload and productivity.

You will have the opportunity to work at one of these programs:

Mount Tom Center for Mental Health and recovery is a community-based outpatient mental health and substance abuse program providing on-site and outreach services in the following areas: child and adolescent, adult (general referrals and program based), developmentally delayed/mental health, substance abuse and dual diagnosis (SA/MH).

The City Clinic offers outpatient mental health and substance abuse therapy in the form of individual and group treatment for those individuals four years old and older. At City Clinic, we promote quality of life for each individual by enriching their involvement in recovery or rehabilitation that is self-directed, inclusive of valued family members and friends, and focused on meaningful daily activities. Services are offered in both Spanish and English.

The School Street Counseling Institute (SSCI) provides outpatient psychotherapeutic clinical services to children, families, and adults with mental health and substance abuse problems. Our staff includes psychologists, social works, counselors, and psychiatrists. SSCI offers linguistically and culturally competent services in Spanish. Our goal is to provide high quality mental health services in a community setting that faces many social, economical, and psychological challenges.

In-Home Therapy works with families with a child or teen with behavioral issues to help to resolve conflicts, develop new routines, set limits and find community resources. We offer intensive and flexible services such as family therapy, therapeutic training and support, care coordination and others, in any setting where the youth is naturally located to meet the needs of families.

The Integrated Care program is an innovative model of care, working directly with primary care and pediatric providers to address the whole health needs of the families and individuals in our culturally diverse community. Our staff includes psychologists, social workers, counselors, recovery coaches and care coordinators. The Integrated Care program is person-centered, evidence-based, and focused on collaborative goal setting to address unmet medical, behavioral mental and social needs.

The Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) program at Behavioral Health Network is a voluntary outreach service that uses 'wraparound' principles to guide the work for youth with serious emotional or behavioral health needs. . Wraparound is simply the coordination of multiple services via a tailored plan to address the needs of the youth. More research about the wraparound model can be found at http://nwi.pdx.edu/ .

Bilingual Clinicians/Licensed Practitioners of the Healing Arts (LPHA) at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Relocation to Massachusetts (required).
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling (required)
  • Licensed or license eligible

Supervision towards licensure is available.
