Essential Functions:

• Responsible for ad hoc financial andstatistical reporting and analyses from ADS or other data sources. Thisincludes assessing and compiling data needed to make financial and operationdecisions.

• Maintain bi-weekly productivityreporting as required.

• Maintain and distribute operationsreports as assigned.

• Support administration of theAlliance for Decision Support (ADS) Cost Accounting System. This includesyearly maintenance & model setup, monthly loading of statistical &financial data, costing, reconciliation and updating reference tables anddefinitions

• Complete ad hoc reports &projects as assigned and prepare survey responses and data reports for outsideagencies as required.

• Assist with annual operations andcapital budget process as assigned

• Serve as backup administrator forthe onFocus system

MinimumWork Experience

Computer literacy andability to learn new software is required.

Preferred experience includesanalytics, informatics, healthcare administration or business, spreadsheetdesign, database development, and word processing.

Ideal candidates willhave moderate to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Access, andPowerPoint. Experience with cost accounting systems, productivity, and CrystalReports is a plus. Must be flexible and able to work well under pressure tomeet deadlines. Healthcare experience is preferred.

MinimumEducation

Bachelor’s Degreerequired: Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred.Master’s degree: MHA or MBA preferred
