Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description

Home Instead, with offices in Culpeper and Fredericksburg, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who has a passion to serve others.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate scheduling for all clients and CAREGivers
  • Educate CAREGivers to each client's needs
  • Ensure compatibility between clients and CAREGivers
  • Participate in on-call rotation
Skills/Background:
  • Ability to develop and implement solutions according to Company guidelines
  • Flexibility in responding to unpredicted situations such as emergencies, assignments or scheduling changes
  • Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in self-directed/independent and team environments
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, while providing exceptional customer service
  • Previous CAREGiver experience beneficial
