Essential Functions:
Toperform this job, an individual must perform each essential functionsatisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Supporthospital strategy and physician operations, leading the effective operation ofdesignated practice(s).
Responsiblefor all aspects of practice operations and growth, including maintenance of keymetrics, financial reviews, and practice growth initiatives and revenue cycleanalysis.
Specifically,responsible for all items in the Practice Manager Checklist, as well as anySpecialty specific requirements.
Leadday-to-day operations of employed physicians, ensure standards of communicationand information are met, round with physicians daily; advise leaders on matterspertaining to physician needs and strategy.
Provideleadership, development, and coaching to support staff within assignedpractice(s). Responsible for performance reviews, talent development and otherHR related matters.
Preparebudgets, evaluate historical performance, and generate goals for futureachievement, and perform action planning as necessary for back to budgetvariances.
Monitorpractices for efficiencies to reduce practice investment to include, but notlimited to, accounts receivable oversight, budgeting, charge capture, monthlyoperating report (MOR) preparation and budget oversight.
Monitorpractice start-ups to aid in building existing practice revenue through chargecapture, fee schedules, and new programs.
Monitor, report on and present financialperformance for all assigned providers and practices and collaborate with MarketDirector and other practice leaders to ensure fiscal responsibility andadherence to annual practice budgets.
Implementand effectively manage Market Plan for New patients, driving towards practicegrowth.
Regularand reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
