The Call Center/Research Representative will be responsible for business research, resident survey calls, employee survey calls, and other customer service calls.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by authorized personnel or as may be required to meet the needs of the company such as research development, complies with all quality assurance, customer focus, and company procedures
- Works with Departments, Sites, and staff representatives to communicate improvements broadly across the organization. Cultivate broad participation in performance improvement activities.
