Essential Functions
Managesdaily operations of clinical and clerical employees, including staffingschedules, while maintaining an efficient and professional work atmosphere.
Developsand sets goals at the process, job, and interface level to ensure optimalpatient care in order to meet overall organizational goals.
Hires,trains, develops, and disciplines departmental personnel.
Evaluatesperformance and implements formal performance feedback of designated personnel.
Responsiblefor supply inventory and ordering; submission of vendor invoices to AccountsPayable.
Responsiblefor payroll and overtime management; disciplinary actions as needed per HumanResources policy.
Participatesin the enforcement of Providence Health policies and procedures to ensurecompliance and consistent administration.
Pursuesprofessional development activities to ensure currency with present practicesand trends in health care.
Responsible for optimization of the flow ofpatients through the clinical and scheduling process, addressing issues andresolving to the satisfaction of the patient and the organization.
Ensurescompliance with regulations and with practice standards of quality patientcare.
Collaboratewith physicians, staff, and other office/department managers to ensure allpolicies are followed in order to provide exceptional quality of care whileremaining under compliance.
