Under minimal direction from the Director of Education, provide associate-based education and development throughout the St. Francis organization.  Plan, organize, direct, and oversee education services and programs for the organization.  This occurs through the facilitation of the educational process through assessment, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of competency assessment, continuing education and leadership development.  Work in collaboration with Managers and Directors to effectively assess and implement educational initiatives for the associates.

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree required

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)

Licenses:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Georgia

Minimum Work Experience
Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience and two (2) years of adult training/learning experience.
