Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a PACT Clinician at Behavioral Health Network! PACT Clinicians provide high quality community-based care, encouraging the independence, competency, decision-making, and empowerment of individuals. Clinicians monitor their overall health and well-being in their daily living activities and assist with all aspects of medication treatment and administration. Clinicians provide individuals and their families with clinical support regarding behavioral health and substance use issues and help them maintain and enhance their social support network with family and in the community, frequently providing outreach services.
PACT Clinicians provide ongoing information and documentation using progress notes, crisis and risk plans, assessments, and other program-specific forms to support treatment plan goals and objectives. Clinicians also help individuals complete daily activities by providing well-balanced, nutritious meals and snacks, safe and timely transportation to medical appointments, errands, and activities, and cleaning and maintenance during incidents in compliance with OSHA guidelines. Clinicians keep updated credentials by attending in-services, meetings and trainings, obtaining and maintaining MAP certification within the introductory period of employment, and become competent at motivational interviewing. Finally, Clinicians provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed and are part of a 24/7 on-call rotation.
The Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) program provides clinical support of an in-patient team in the community. PACT is a highly integrated outreach program that helps adults meet their goals and reduce hospitalizations. The PACT team is forensic -focused and is designed to reduce arrests and incarcerations and also operated as a 24/7 group residence for five individuals.

PACT Clinicians at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
- Six months of experience in human services (preferred).
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling (required).
- Valid driver's license and reliable car available for working hours (required).
