Maintains management responsibility and accountability for the clinical practice of nursing for the Operating Room and supporting departments to include, but not limited to:
• Responsible for administration of overall operations.
• Oversees management of assigned staff.
• Manages resources responsibly and participates in budget development.
• Develops current and long term strategic goals and objectives, as well as, policies and procedures.
• Establishes plans to achieve goals set by senior leadership.
