Director of Recruiting, Therapy Division

Job Description

Position Overview
The Director of Recruiting, TABA Division (Therapy/ABA), will be responsible for driving and growing a diverse talent pipeline in a highly competitive therapy market for our TABA division. This role will provide leadership for the Aveanna Therapy division recruiting activities and develop and maintain the therapy recruitment strategy for nation-wide campaigns, maintain key stakeholder relationships, and ensure operational excellence through continuous process improvement. This position will lead, develop and coach a team of high performing recruiters to achieve and execute all of the recruitment goals. This leader will partner with therapy leaders to strategize and deliver high quality recruitment solutions to critical recruiting needs in support of the divisions business objectives.

Essential Job Functions
Lead and develop metric-driven success measurements and monitor progress of team of recruiters
Develop high performing Incentive Compensation plan for recruiting staff
Develop, execute, and maintain the recruiting strategy including social media initiatives, creative sourcing strategies, and leveraging technology to improve processes to decrease time to fill and total cost per hire
Partner with Marketing team for efficient use of talent brand tools, marketing resources, best practices and employer brand promotion opportunities
Assess talent landscape and density in new markets
Collaborate with therapy leaders recruiting efforts to achieve a timely approach to filling vacancies
Take responsibility for the results of all staffing objectives within the division by working with recruiters to improve KPI that drive candidate and hiring manager satisfaction
Drive high-volume hiring of therapy professionals across multiple states
Oversee the on-boarding process for the entire division, ensuring that newly hired employees experience the best process possible and that all necessary documents are completed and received
Manage social media campaigns, meetups, employee referrals, search firms, job posting sites, and college campus events
Manage business relationships with hiring managers and therapy leaders by participating in regional and/or individual meetings to develop an in-depth knowledge of their recruitment needs
Develop and nurture a team to highlight strengths and raise the bar for talent
Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring
Develop and maintain relationships with universities that cater towards the applicable talent pool
Develop and maintain behavioral questions for interviews; acts in part of the team to interview prospective candidates in key searches and aids in the best selection process to meet the needs of therapy recruiting efforts

Requirements
Minimum of 8+ years full cycle recruiting in hiring for competitive roles
Bachelor’s degree
Strong experience in new world recruitment tools, technologies and platforms to enhance process efficiencies
Strong leadership and management skills including setting and implementing strategy, leading performance management initiatives and compensation processes, and coaching and giving feedback to individuals on their team
Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes
Sales driven and results orientated
Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skills, as well as experience with negotiation
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and through attention to detail
Demonstrate strong leadership and consensus building skills in a dynamic environment
Exhibit strong project management, change management and organizational skills

Quick-thinking and astute decision making skills

Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English

Must be able to sit and climb stairs
Must have visual and hearing acuity
Must have strong sense of smell and touch

Environment
Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
