Executive Director Clinic Financial Operations

Currently we have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Director Clinic Financial Operations to be responsible for strategic planning, budgeting and financial reporting for our Ambulatory Clinic division.

Job Duties

Coordinate with Ambulatory Clinic leadership to increase provider productivity

Coordinate with departments to manage revenue cycle performance expectations

Analyze opportunities to improve reimbursement with third party payers to included Managed Care

Ideal Candidate will have experience as a financial leader in a private practice environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business or related field is required.
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a medical group practice, clinic setting and/or healthcare operations experience is required and four years of managerial experience is highly preferred.
  • An expertise in ambulatory clinic financial performance, including revenue cycle performance, is highly valued.
