•Will assess, plan and develop, coordinate and provide treatment, rehabilitation and support services to Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses under the clinical supervision of the team leader and the psychiatrist. This position functions as a clinical member of a multidisciplinary team and provides treatment, rehabilitation and support services.
•Will be part of the on call clinical treatment team and will rotate 24 hour on-call duties with team members.
Full Licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the State of Georgia.
Must have a strong commitment to the right and ability of each person with a severe and persistent mental illness to live in normal community residences, work in job markets, and have access to helpful, adequate, competent and continuous support services.
Must be willing to take rotating 24 hour on-call duties.
Must have valid driver’s license and no driver may have six (6) or points against their driver’s license, or a suspended or revoked driver’s license within the last five (5) years.
This position has an on-call pay stipend of 20% included in posted salary. This pay stipend is job/program specific and is not transferrable.
