The Clinical Supervisor will be both leading and supporting the clinical operations and statewide growth of the behavioral health division at Volunteers of America, Indiana. This position blends clinical work and collaboration, oversight of the standards and relationships of the service lines. Additionally, this position will take an active role in maintaining training needs of the behavioral health division. Emphasis towards person-centered and evidence based practices will be highlighted in this position.

The position requires a Doctoral degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field, three years of experience working therapeutically with populations whose difficulties stem from addiction, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and the ability to conduct individual and group counseling, complete assessments, develop resources, and maintain client records is essential. Licensure required: HSPP. Credentialing for Medicaid billing preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.
