Develops and implements clinic goals, plans, standards, and policies consistent with the clinical,administrative, legal, and ethical requirements, and strategic objectives of the organization.
Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives. Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.Ensures clinic stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.Coordinates and directs internal/external audits. Maintains patient medical records as the medical records custodian in accordance with policy and procedures. Ensures all government regulations are followed.
Minimum EducationAssociate’s degree Required
