As a Physical Therapist, you will make providing service your priority while caring for the whole person in a faith based atmosphere. Physical Therapists are a vital part of an interdisciplinary Physical Therapy team that interact and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, evaluating and implementing care for the patient's assigned physical therapy while adhering to all standards of Physical Therapy Practice Act. This position requires providing services to Therapy Patients, ages between neonatal to geriatrics in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individuals served. The physical therapist regularly assesses the Physical, Psycho-Social, Spiritual, Cultural, Functional, High Risk and Discharge needs of the Patient and Family.
- Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's/Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Graduate or experienced therapist.
- Must be licensed in the state of Texas as a physical therapist.
- Exceptional documentation, written and verbal communication skills.
