Minimum Education:
Registered Physical Therapist, licensed in the State of Tennessee.
Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Licenses / Certifications:
Current licensure in the state of Tennessee for Physical Therapy.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
