Job Description

SOVAH Health - Danville

Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs. Provides educational information to patients in regard to injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy and rehabilitation therapy. Supervises physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education
 Graduate of a Program in Physical Therapy required

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree required Required Skills
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association required Required Skills
Licenses:
Licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine to practice as a Physical Therapist required

Current Virginia Driver’s Licensure required
