Plan, organize, supervise and coordinate the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures (including HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds).

Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Assures competency of all personnel. Formulates the budget. Maintains efficient and effective department operations whiled adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Education: Technical School (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Licensure/Certifications: Valid NJ Drivers License (required);
