Job Description

 Head Injury Association is seeking qualified PBIS staff to provides services to our traumatic brain injured population.  The PBIS services are provided to DOH participants who have significant behavioral difficulties  that jeopardize their ability to remain in the community of choice due to inappropriate responses to events in the environment.  The primary goal of PBIS services is to decrease the intensity or frequency of targeted behaviors and to teach more socially appropriate behaviors.  
Requirements: Bachelors degree and 2 years experience providing services to the developmentally disabled population.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human services.

  • Two  years of experience working with people with traumatic brain injury, other disabilities, or behavioral difficulties.

  • Valid NYS driver's license in good standing with no infractions.
