10K Sign-On Bonus Available


Providesdirect patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance withapplicable scope and standards of practice.


Performsplan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimencollection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.


Documentspatient care given.


Monitors,records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team,physician, patient, and family.


Assistspatients with performing activities of daily living, including personalhygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.


Collaboratesas needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patienttransfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.


Evaluateslearning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family educationappropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.


Worksas an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.


Reportsto the Director of Nursing.


Job Requirements

Minimum Education

Associate’sdegree in Nursing is required.

Bachelor’sdegree in Nursing is preferred.


Required License

RegisteredNurse - Current RN License in the State of TN or another compact state.


Required Certifications

Thebelow certifications will be required at the time of hire:

BasicLife Support (BLS)


Required Skills

Requirescritical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work withminimal supervision.

Mustbe able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Mustachieve a passing score of 85% on the Medication Administration Exam.
