Qualifications: Staff RN with hospital experience who accept a full-time position. Graduate Nurses will also qualify.
Pay Out Schedule:
RN - 2 years exp.
RN 2+years exp.
After 15 months employment
After 2.5 years employment*
*For existing Full-time staff, the first installment will be paid the first available payroll following approval of plan. Subsequent payments will be processed following the 1 and 2.5 year anniversary of the first payment.
PRN staff will receive first installment upon conversion to FT status and subsequent payments will be processed following 1 and 2. 5 year of full-time employment.
Conditions of Payment Receipt:
Must be in active, full-time status at the time the bonus payments are made.
Must be meeting performance standards at the time of payment. Payment for employees on an active Performance Improvement Plan or Corrective Action will be deferred until the PIP or CA is successfully completed.
Employees on approved Leave of Absence will receive payment upon return from leave, provided they return to full-time status in staff RN role.
Employees who voluntarily separate employment or change status to PRN will repay a pro-rated amount of bonus dollars received. The pro-rated amount will be calculated on completion of whole months of full-time employment. This amount will be deducted from the final paycheck or the paycheck preceding the change of status to PRN. Any remaining balance must be paid by cashier’s check within 14 days of last day of full-time employment.
