Providence Health is looking for a RN to join our Outpatient Wound Care Clinic. The Wound Care Clinic is open Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm. The ideal candidate will have previous wound care experience.

Essential Functions
Provide direct care for patients in the Wound Care Clinic setting including holistic assessment, comprehensive wound evaluations and preparation of patient for medical care.
Collaborates with physician and other team members to initiate plan of care to promote healing of chronic wounds.
Works closely with home health agencies to ensure continuity of care for the wound care patient.
Must have a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced outpatient area.
