POSITION: RADIOLOGIST ASSISTANT
LOCATION: BROCKTON, N. DARTMOUTH, FRAMINGHAM and BRIGHTON, MASSACHUSETTS
HOURS: FULL TIME or PART TIME / M-F DAYS

•Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide excellent patient care.
•Under the direct supervision and guidance of a radiologist, perform various diagnostic radiology procedures/exams.
•Administers and/or orders intravenous medication and contrast media, under the supervision of a Radiologist.
•Evaluates medical images, review preliminary reports and images with a supervising Radiologist
•Dictates technical reports that will be reviewed and signed off by the supervising Radiologist.
•Verify and review referring clinician's order prior to performing exam and determine appropriateness of exam/procedure ordered.
•Reviews images and provides feedback of studies performed to the supervising radiologist
•Responsible for gaining consents for procedures, pre/post procedure order-writing, dictating in PACS
•Must be proficient in performing arthrograms
•Graduation from an accredited RRA/RPA formal education program.
•Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) as a Radiologist Assistant
•Licensed in the State of Massachusetts as a Radiologist Assistant.
Extensive interactions with all customer groups, including patients, families, referring community and SHC employees.
