Job Summary

Performs diagnostic medical procedures producing diagnostic medical radiographs while performing fluoroscopy, routine exams, portable x-rays, and working in the ER X-ray department. Must be able to work well with a team and also function independently as needed. Good communication skills, quality patient care, and initiative are a must. Flexibility of shifts and overtime may be required at times. Reports to the charge radiographers.

Minimum Education

Associate's Degree or graduate of a radiologic technology program preferred.

Minimum Work Experience & Licenses

Must demonstrate ability to recognize patients' individual needs based on medical conditions, age, limitations and planned procedures. ER experience is required, Cerner experience is a plus. Radiologic Technologists and Technicians must maintain current Registry ARRT and State MS License.
