Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a HR professional to manage the recruiting, hiring, training and retention of our caregiving team. Candidate must have a proven track record of customer focus. Skills required are an understanding of human resources, recruiting and retention strategies and employee engagement. Human resource experience required.
