We are seeking dedicated and compassionate employees with experience, and individuals who are willing to learn the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and work with individuals with autism. You will be awarded an internationally-recognized credential that is representative of a higher standard of learning. Insurance companies and consumers will be able to research you on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)® website and you will be placed under a Behavior Analyst's certification. This position includes working 1:1 in the home, community, and private schools with children and young adults with autism and may also include running social skills groups. BAYADA will pay for your training as well as provide you with extensive supervision and mentoring.
We have flexible scheduling for RBT/ABA Tutors / Skill Trainers:
•Part-time positions available up to 30+ hours per week
•Shifts available Monday through Friday, day, afternoon, and weekends
•Work in your neighborhood or commute for more hours
•Positions available on all areas of the island, including all military bases
