Job Description

Palestine Regional Medical Center

Administers prescribed respiratory therapy procedures when ordered by a physician according to the departmental policy. Evaluates patients' response to respiratory treatments. Charts and records therapy and any changes in physician's orders in patient chart. Assists physician in management of mechanical ventilation. Communicates effectively with patients, visitors, co-workers and physicians.

Rotate Weekends

Job Requirements

Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Must have current respiratory therapy license in the state of Texas. Must hold current certifications in CPR and NRP. Previous experience preferred.
