Clark Memorial Hospital


High School diploma or equivalent.  PC literacy, types 30wpm (data entry) with95% accuracy. Must be a detail oriented individual, courteous, goodcommunication skills.  Obtains and enterscomplete and accurate patient demographic, guarantor, and insuranceinformation.  Assures completion of formsfor signatures, authorization and consents. On Call up to 16 weekends/year, Saturday rotation required.
