Performs proactive monitoring of and timely responses to potential/actual security threats.
Investigates and manages all security incidents and hazards on the premises. Maintains knowledge of and follows policies and procedures regarding alarms and emergency/disaster preparedness plans. Facilitates planned drills and simulations.Provides information and assistance to staff and visitors to promote their safety on the premises
High School Degree preferred Minimum Work Experience
One to three (1-3) years experience in the field of law enforcement and/or security management; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Required Skills
Must have an updated Handle with Care Certification. If employee does not have a current Handle with Care Certification at time of hire or transfer, then employee will have six months from day of hire, or transfer, to obtain, or update it.
