Under the general guidance of the physicians/providers performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasonographic procedures. Coordinate daily staff activities for Ultrasound department
Reports to: Director Diagnostic Services
Graduate from a Medical Ultrasound Program - Required
Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program - Preferred
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved American Heart Association training center required within 90 days of hire.
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Sonography(s) and/or registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).

Three (3) years of experience performing Ultrasound procedures
Supervisory/Leadership experience - Preferred
