We want you on our team...Clark Regional Medical Center located in Winchester, a 15 minute drive from Lexington, KY is searching for a PRN Ultrasound Technologist to join our Radiology and Imagining team!

Essential functions of position include, but are not limited to:


Receives patients, explains method of procedure and makes sure patient is comfortable.

Provides patient services to all ages using imaging modalities.

Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices.

Maintains equipment and supplies and organizes work area.

Keeps accurate records, helps with scheduling of the ultrasound and keeps patient flow smooth.

Assists radiologist with interventional procedures as ordered. (eg; paracenthesis, needle aspirations/biopsy, etc)

Job Requirements

Education: 

Graduate of a Radiology program - required

Certifications: BLS within 90 days 

License: 

ARDMS - obtained within 1 year of hire

ARRT

Kentucky State Operators License
